After receiving the confirmation concerning your selection to the course applied for, you shall be asked to proceed for the payment of the tuition fee. Tuition fee, if not differently stated in the Summer School description, doesn’t cover accommodation and living costs.
The payment of the tuition needs to be done differently if you are resident in Italy or abroad.
After completing the payment, please submit proof of the transfer to [email protected].
All residents in Italy must use PagoPA payment interface. PagoPA is an electronic payments system, available throughout Italy and designed for all transactions directed towards Italian public administration entities. Pay With PagoPA

In case of non-commencement of the selected Summer School program, the enrollment fee already paid by the participants shall be refunded except for bank transfer expenses, in accordance with the administrative rules of the University of Milano-Bicocca. In case of withdrawal by a selected candidate no refund of fees shall be granted. University of Milano-Bicocca strongly recommends taking out a travel insurance policy that includes cancellation cover. In the event of cancellation of the Summer Program University of Milano-Bicocca will not refund travel costs.
