1 Select the Summer Program that interests you and understand the eligibility criteria
2 Understand the eligibility criteria and application deadline different from each program.
3 Enroll: You are required to enroll through the application form. Every program has an APPLY NOW section in order to access to the application. Within the completion of the application form, you will be asked to upload you CV and ID/Passport Copy.
4 Notification of the Selection Result You shall receive a notification confirming your admission for the specific summer school program you applied for through e-mail. Important Note: If you do not receive your Confirmation of your selection by email within two weeks, please contact us at: email@example.com. Do not assume that you did not get registered for course. There could be a problem with your e-mail address.
5 Payment of the Tuition Fee After receiving the selection notification, you would be required to pay the course tuition fee within a specified period. Follow the section on Fees & Payment for understanding the procedure for payment.
6 Final Acceptance & Confirmation The confirmation of the payment received will be sent automatically within 7 working days as soon as the payment is cleared. You shall also receive an official letter from the University of Milano-Bicocca confirming your admission into the program.
Please Note All students will be required to print this mail and the letter as a proof of confirmation of admission to the particular summer school.

Submitting a late application
It is always best to submit a completed application by the deadlines in order to ensure that you will be considered for the programs you have applied for. However, we do process late applications and, if time permits, your application to the specific summer school program will be considered. Your chance depends on the number of students who applied on time and have decided to accept their place.
